i've transefered money from https://www.paypal-opwaarderen.nl/nl/opwaarderen/betaling with ideal over an hour ago. Online it said it should take 5 minutes max, but i still haven't received anything while the money from my bank account is gone and i haven't received anything from paypal. Can some please help me?
btw i've done the same thing this afternoon and it worked perfectly, my money was on there instantly and now almost 2 hours later i still haven't got it...
