PayPal customer service does not reply to my inquiry about this, does anyone know more about this problem? I really want to top-up my account and iDeal is the only way for me. This is the error message I'm getting after logging in.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
