hello everyone
hope you having a good day !
so i just registered to Paypal and i currently live in Egypt and i also registered my account with Egypt set as the country.
when i tried to link a bank account it only says " link U.S. bank account" which i couldnt understand since im not from the US nor my account!
so does that mean i cant link an Egyptian bank? and i can only link a Credit card ? "i use HSBC"
and if i link a credit card that was issued in Egypt will i be able to withdraw funds that i recieve from my paypal account to it ?

Thank you for reaching out.
To add to what @kernowlass has advised, it is not possible to link an Egyptian bank account to PayPal.
In order to receive payments into your PayPal account, you must link your US bank account or a Visa credit/debit card (this can be issued domestically by an Egpyptian financial institution) to your PayPal account and complete PayPal’s credit card and/or bank account verification process.
This will allow you to receive payments. Any payments received will be held for a period of 30 days and then automatically transferred to the Visa card you have linked. There are no fees applied for automatic transfers to your card, but manual transfers (those initiated by you) to your Visa credit card will incur a $5.00 USD (or equivalent) fee.
