I have a negative balance and I keep getting this error when I try to add money from my debit card. My bank and debitcard are both confirmed. I've used my card before and it worked just fine.
Also, I do receive that text from my bank to authorise it, I type it in, it seems to go through and then I get that error again. I don't have any popup/ad blockers active. I just want to pay off my negative balance, but it seems impossible.
