"Invalid card number" when linking Revolut

Hello everyone! This is really bugging me.
I had, among others, a physical Revolut card linked to my PayPal. Then I moved house so I first changed address on all of my banks, then added the new address to PayPal and changed it there as well. It worked for every card and bank account except Revolut. So I had this marvelous idea of deleting the card, removing the old address and then relinking it. Sadly, I haven't been able to re-link it ever since (and it has been months now).
The error shown is "Invalid card number. Check the number and try again." However doesn't matter how many times I copy paste the correct details, try different combinations of the address (no space in postcode, space in postcode, Flat number in line 2, etc.) by changing it both on Revolut and on PayPal. Nothing has worked so far.
I have tried to contact the customer service both by phone and by messages and I have been astounded by how helpless they were. They kept repeating "for security reasons our system doesn't accept your details, they must match with your card issuer" and I kept repeating they are, I even sent screenshots to prove it. No use. They keep repeating "check your details" and we are stuck in a loop.
Any ideas?
