selling an airsoft gun on ebay

I sold an airsoft gun on ebay and they person paid me thru paypal but I 'm having a hard time getting my money.  Can anyone explain why this is so hard

How are you having a hard time getting your money?

Is it on hold for up to 21 days? Don't see the payment in your account activity? Need more details. The forum consists of other users (not customer service) who don't have access into your account.
