Hey, first time poster here.
I bought two 100$ vanilla mastercards in order to buy something online, the order comes to 182, and since you cannot split the cards I decided to transfer the money to my brothers account and buy from there, this is where the real problems happened.
After confirming both cards, paypal took 2.45 from each and put it into my account, once the card was used to pay my brothers account the amount of the card, the paypal balance that had been added affected the amount taken off the card, which is a big deal since it costs 6.31 per transaction and now there is less then that on the card that is now "lost". The second card had even worse problems, as I tried to refund to myself in hopes it would go to my PayPal account, however it went back to one of the credit cards, and now the money isn't on the card.
I am quite irate and want this solved ASAP!!
Any help appretiated.
