Issue- PayPal/Credit cards

 - I have used PayPal to pay for various things with no problem.

- However, when I wanted to purchase a domain at either GO DADDY or 1 & 1, I was not able to make my payment via PayPal directly with the sufficient funds I had in my PPal account.

- Rather, it requested that I state which credit card I would like to use. I could not go around this credit card obstacle, and thus, could not pay directly from my account and not able to purchase my domain.

-Why would I be asked credit card info? I have searched my account to see if I had entered credit card info unknowingly, but I cannot see that I had.

I too have sufficiant funds in my paypal account but I can not make purchases now without adding a credit card. What's up with Paypal?

I too am having problems and cant find an answer anywhere about this. I have used Paypal for years now, and it's always been linked to my bank account. Now all of a sudden the payments are coming off my visa not my bank account. When I try to change it to my bank account via the payment page on ebay etc, it wants me to link a visa. So I try and it just tells me I already have that visa registered, and Im back to square one.... money coming off my visa and not from my bank account.

I cant find any option anywhere to change it to debit my bank account instead of my visa.

Does anyone know how to actually contact paypal?
