My HOME Adress isn't my address anymore!

Ok I am getting really upset. I live 200 miles away in college. What ever I buy isn't anyones business. Twice has things been sent back home. I have to personally send people my real address through email so they don't get it wrong. When sells are being made outside of ebay theres not even an option that coes up to select the right adress. Right now I just found out that my halloween wig that was supossed to be delivered 5 days ago, had been sitting on my homes front door step getting ruined by rain. Then he calls me is wants me to tell him what it's inside, who the sender was, how much it was. How do I freakin make my college box number my PERMINANT address?

You can change your home address:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Profile at the top of the page.
4. Click Street Address in the Account Information column.
5. Click Edit.
6. Enter your new address.
7. Click Save.

After the new address is there, you'll have to confirm it.   That's where you may run into an issue, unless you have a credit card with a billing address of you College PO Box Number.

Just curious, did you purchase your item through eBay as your eBay Account can have an address attached.  You shoud also check that account.

Also note, some sellers require a confirmed address meaning that the shipping address must match the billing address.   This may also be the cause of your frustration.

Seller have to ship to the buyer address on the details page of the payment to keep their seller protection.

You need to change you address with Paypal and ebay

My debit card is connected to my home address. I don't have anyway to change that or conferm it. The sell was made outside of ebay thus I just sent money through that feature. I have my real address there but it is just a alternative and there isn't anyway to connect my debit card to it I guess. I would like that adress to be the main one they would look at  but it seems impossible if the only see the one wiht the credit card. I know sometimes I get a option to select which address I would like to use. It should be everytime.
