primary and secondary payment types

I'm frustrated to find that there isn't very clear directions and links to editing payment method. I want to change e-check to secondary, and my debit card to primary. E-check is too slow for payment verification. Can someone direct me to the page that will link me to the edit my account payge???????

sbrack1947-  Well, you can designate primary funding sources from your 'Profile' link in your account.  But when you make a payment, our system defaults to:

PayPal Balance, Instant Transfer (PayPal pays the transaction then we wait for the money to clear from your bank), then your Credit Card.  If you have PayPal Credit Products, those would default to first in line.  If all else fails, then you have an eCheck.

But there is no way to have your credit card default first.  If you have the capability to send an eCheck then you should have the ability to send an Instant Transfer.  If not then you can change your funding source when you make a payment by using the "Change" link before confirming your payment.  But you will have to do this on every payment.
