shipping address

whenever i check my profile it says my shipping address is confirmed . however in a transaction in a purchase i made , the shipping address says unconfirmed. the seller also has a policy of not shipping to unconfirmed addresses, does anyone know how to fix this ?

Welcome to the Forums. 

 

Ummm..... The only thing I can think of is when you get to the check out page you may have a couple addresses available in the drop down menu, I would make sure the exact address matching your billing address is selected. If the correct address is selected contact PayPal directly and we can take a look at your account with you. I hope this helps.
