3DS 2.0 In APAC Region

Hi all,

 

We've been informed by our PayPal account manager that the newer more secure 3DS2 is NOT available to merchant accounts registered in the APAC region.

 

Why do merchants in this region get treated so badly... why don't we have access to the latest credit card fraud prevention technology. 

 

Does anyone else face this same issue?
