Anybody tell me, what can I resolve problem?
When I try to configure webhooks from page https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/ - tap button "Manage webhooks" from NVP/SOAP API apps section
and got Error 500

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
