How can we restrict payment to Debit cards only ?

Hi 

Due to regulatory measures we are not allowed to accept Credit cards. How can we ensure our members only pay by Debit cards? Can we choose Visa/MC /Visa electron and Maestro  only ? How ?

We really need to know the answer to this question as well. How is there no findable documentation on which card types to allow?

We need to block American Express.
