Issues with managing API page for NVP SOAP API integration Classic

Hi everyone,
Currently I am having issues accessing API credentials page https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/mytools/apiaccess/firstparty in my PayPal account. After pressing the button “Manage API credentials” for NVP SOAP API integration Classic I am being redirected to a blank page https://www.paypal.com/authflow/verification-failed/ with the message “Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you”. I’ve tried using different browsers Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Opera etc. but the problem is the same.
Please advise how to solve this issue.
