Message Error "You do not have permissions to make this API call"

HI all, we have a problem with the live credentials of API

we got the error 

"You do not have permissions to make this API call"

I'm using demandware platform, and using the staging credentials it works well.

Is there something that I'm missing?

Which info do you need in order to help us?

What API call are you attempting to make?  Is the live PayPal account a business account?

Hi Daniele,

I would need to have an idea of which API you are using. I can see a few GetTransactionDetail Errors but not the error message  you are specifying.

Can you provide us a token/transaction ID/Debug ID to search this for you?

Is there a way to enable a sandbox account to use AddressVerify API? I'll I can find in the docs is that it says "contact customer support to enable" and then it provides me with a link to the community.

Whats the next step to enable?
