My Discogs buyers cannot proceed with a payment

Hello.

My Discogs customers (two in a row) cannot proceed with the payments for their orders. This account was recently registered as a business (all things are set, as far as I can see).

Please advise.

I've had the same problem on Discogs - twice in 2 weeks - I've raised support tickets with Discogs, still no reply. Have you had any response from them? Is it still an issue for you as a seller?
