My business is located in Serbia, how can I receive payments with paypal?

How can i get paid on website when its my business is located in Serbia, I don't think it will let me. It doesn't allow credit or debit card payments.

Integrate the standard PayPal checkout option. It’ll let you accept PayPal, Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/Discover debit and credit cards (the black button):
