Not able to use masspay feature

Hi, all

I have been using masspay feature for almost 10 years without any problem.

And today when I was making payments to my members, I uploaded the txt file. Then the error message showed up.

"Your file is missing information. Review"

And I clicked on the review

It shows

• Line 1: Enter payment amount as #,###,###.##
• Line 2: Enter payment amount as #,###,###.##
• Line 3: Enter payment amount as #,###,###.##
• etc...

I am sure that I put the payment amount correctly!

And I have been using same masspay txt file template during past 10 years, and nothing wrong with it.

So what happened to mass pay feature today? Anyone can help? Thanks.

I would suggest to please contact our PayPal Customer service via link -  https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.

They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.

I am having the exact same problem today. Same Masspay file format I've used for 10+ years. Same error message. I have tried downloading the sample file provided by paypal and even adjusting my CSV file to match but nothing works
