Hi @IAmFre
To get your API username and credentials, you can follow these steps.
- Log in to your PayPal Live or Sandbox account.
- Click the Account Settings option next to "Log out."
- Click Account access under "Account & Security" on the left of the page.
- In the API access section, click Update.
- Select the View API Signature or View API Certificate options.
Here you'll see your API credentials including your API username, password, and either a signature or certificate depending on which method you'd like to use. Signature is most common.

Even under Security, I don't have that option.
Available options are: Password, 2-step verification, Manage where you log in, One Touch..., Permissions..., Cookie preferences, Security questions, Customer Service PIN and Interest-based marketing...

Hi @dollytogs
Make sure you're going to "Account Settings" in the dropdown under your name and profile icon. Profile settings will not display the API access setting. See the below screenshot for the account settings button.

I did as instructed but i can not find the api access you talked about in the account access you talked about.

Could you please make sure your following the below steps via your PayPal Business account.
Login to your PayPal Business account >> click "settings" icon >> Account settings >> Account access >> "API access" >> Manage API credentials
(Or)
Login PayPal account >> Go to "https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiAccess" >> follow above steps.
