how to activate paypal payment pro account

Hello there,

I have account with paypal and its business account with US base. I dont know how to activate the Paypal Payment Pro account. I tried every link

I contact paypal email but no body replies. my account US Base and its eligible for paypal payment pro. but no one know how to apply or how to activate. I am tired to contact paypal merchant support even paypal technical person dont know. Please advice.
