Bonjour, 

 

J'ai ouvert un litige (PP-005-236-808-692) contre cette sociétée pour non réception de mon xiaomi mi5.

J'ai commandé chez eu ce smartphone le 2/11/16 avec envoie rapide et assurance avec DHL.

 

A ce jour ils me prennent en otage (cf.conversation) en me disant clairement que pour etre remboursé ou recevoir ma commande, il faut que je cloture mon litige sinon il ne ferons rien.

 

Je demande votre aide et celle de Paypal, merci

Hello,

 

Je ne suis pas expert PayPal, mais à ta place, je ne fermerais surtout pas le litige.

 

Il me semble qu'après 20 jours, si il a pas eut de solution, tu peux demander à PayPal d'analyser ton dossier... A voir, si tu as été remboursé d'ici là.

Je ne vais pas faire cette folie …
Je leur ai mis la pression sur les réseaux sociaux fin de semaine dernière !

Le 11.11.16, je reçois un mail de Geekbuying avec un lien de tracking DHL et le lien du site DHL.
C'est juste le flash du bordereau  pour dire qu'un colis sera à récupérer chez eux mais il n’a jamais été transmis à DHL.
J'ai appelé ce matin DHL France et ils m'ont expliqués qu'ils n’ont pas mon colis mais juste à travers ce numéro un colis futur peut être à venir récupérer. 

Ce tracking est annulable à souhait par l'expéditeur.
Vive les escrocs sur cette toile ….
