The bank that issued your card didn't approve this transaction. Please contact the card issuer's customer service department if you have any questions. Or you can add a different card now to continue. I keep getting this error when i try to add my card and all the details are corrrect i did have a card on there before but it expired and it told me to add a new one so i did the details of the new card that i got and it didnt work.
I had added my new card details when card was issued a while back, I used it this morning then went to use it again and PayPal asked me to update my cards details though it was for the expired card and when trying to update it again or add it as a new card PayPal are refusing. I think PayPal are having problems and need to Dort it as I have items I need to pay for and can't
