Hi Rachelf,
Welcome to our community .
You are able to add a pre-paid card but I am afraid that we cannot accept all cards.
Some prepaid or virtual cards may not be suitable for use with PayPal. If you want to use a pre-paid card, you should make sure that it's reusable. This means that you can add money to the same card multiple times and the card number doesn't change. If you have to add a new card number to your account every time you wish to make a payment, this service should not be used with PayPal. This is because the maximum number of cards that can be added to PayPal account throughout the lifetime of the account is 16. So if the card number changed multiple time you will not be able to use our service for long :(.
I hope this information helps.

Sorry! The question Im asking is:-can I register the prepaid debit Pockit Mastercard that I have, to pay for Pay Pal purchases? I don't have a bank account so find it almost impossible to purchase items online which is really annoying! If I can't use this prepaid debit card that i have, could I possibly please be invited to apply for a Pay Pal prepaid debit card so I can start to use my account to pay for things online?! x
