A person I know forgot their passeord and security questions. They tried to login but cant so a password reset was sent to their email upon putting their 6 digit code in then going back to paypal, it then asks for another step, a security question or text to phone,( its a landline no texting.) No way to chat nor email? How can they fix this. The first code sent said sorry we're having issues try again. This happened 4 times. Thoughts? There is no way to get help by chat or email and you have to login to p.p to ask a question here, which is why I am trying to help. P.p has really gotten difficult in 20 yrs. But then so has everything.
