Address listed as Unconfirmed in shipping confirmation email?

I just got a shipping confirmation for an order I paid for with PayPal. In the shipping confirmation email my shipping address says Unconfirmed in red. I've got a credit card added to my PayPal account and I'm pretty sure my address is confirmed. Why does it say Unconfirmed in the shipment confirmation email?

Does the billing address of the card exactly match the shipping address on your paypal account?

Yes, it does. I can't even find a spot in my profile that says my address is unconfirmed.
