Block invoice sender & harassment

There is a sender that keeps asking me for money. He constantly sends me an invoice requesting money. Is there anyway I can block him from requesting money in the future? Thanks

Block his email address is he is emailing.
Block his phone number if he is texting

As invoices come to your paypal account and not via text or phone then the only way you can block them is to change your primary email address.

You could consider doing it temporarily and then adding it back at a later date if they give up?
