Error Working Capital application

Hello, 

I paid my working capital balance and I would like to reapply again but I am having trouble on finding the application.

Every time I hit "apply" it keeps bringing me back to my working capital page dashboard.

Can someone help?

When did you payoff?
Did you pay it off using your paypal balance or transfer from a checking?
Did you get an email that says congrats your loan is paid off?

Am on here looking for info too. Paid mine off March 16th it says balance zero but the loan still appears on the working capital page. It looks active but says 0.00 outstanding balance. Wonder if this has to be manually marked paid by a human to get the official paid off email? Have had previous loans and have always gotten a paid off email and then the current loan would no longer show on the main page. Instead would be a link to reapply.

Completed payment March 19 and I am 0 balanced. I used my  checking to pay off  what I owe and haven't receive email  about loan is paid off but my dashboard says PAID.

I used this link https://www.paypal.com/workingcapital/application  to take me to application to apply but it keeps taking me  back to my dashboard and no application to be found. 

Are you able to find the application form?

After doing some research think just need to wait longer. Was told by paypal when I called to make a manual payoff it take 5 business days to process from ACH. Even though it says paid think it is still an active loan in the system. Just 0.00 outstanding balance until the wait time is over. 

Have done a few loans in the past. Once I got the " Good news. You're all paid off." email from paypal it would no longer be on my main page. My payment was last Monday the 16th and still no email. Will update you when I get my email. Please update when you get yours. Hopefully it is an automated thing otherwise it may take even longer due to the virus situation.

Got my Good News paid off email then reapplied a few days later. Instead of an instant approval like in the past it said they will get back to me within 7 business days. Had never seen that before so I called. She said that all applications are getting that message. My thought is they are manually looking at each one now. Am supposed to have decision by March 31st.

Okay so got approved but..... Was only offered 10% of what my last loan was. Here is some background so you can compare to your situation. Credit is spotless. Not that they check it. But if they did that was not reason for low offer. Have had multiple loans. Always done 30% repayment. On this last loan paid an average of 4 times my repayment minimum each quarter. My sales are up 30%+ in the last 12 months with steady growth so was actually hoping for a bigger offer than last time. The last couple weeks have been even better with everyone home. Have a website (all paypal), ebay and also do invoicing through paypal. Took the loan but did 10% to stretch it out long as possible. For motivation and to keep managed payments hopefully at bay longer.
