My daughter is going to a ministry school, BSSM at Bethel Church in Redding. The tuition and mission trips will be part her responsibility to raise money for. Can she use my Pay Pal account for people to give her money without being charged a fee, because the money would be a gift not a business transaction? Thank you Mike
