Hi I'm about to buy something online but the only payment option is through paypal. I'm not familiar but, I'd like to ask if there's a certain fee or charge if I buy stuff online and paying it through paypal? My item is located in the Philippines also by the way. Amounting to PHP 16,995.00 Thank you.

Buyers don't pay fees only the sellers item + shipping costs.

BUT if you are using paypal to do currency exchange for you then you may pay their conversion rates.
