We know that HYIPs and scammers avoid paypal. But moneypaypal.com a HYIP site is isusing paypal. For test,I opened account with them, deosited $5 on 07th April 2018 through paypal and on May 08, 2018 I request for withdraw of $10 and $50 on 26.05.2018. The site declined to pay $10 on the ground of contacting with them for the payment.
I don't know how to draw attention of paypal for this. I submitted issue as unauthorized transaction but paypal denied it.
