How to contact Malaysia Paypal, as currently the Malaysia Paypal Office had closed?

Hi, is there anyway to call a rep from Paypal for Malaysian to assist on account issue?

I tried with email, I think it is not a reliable sources, as there is no reply at all.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
