How to report a scam company to Paypal

I purchased an item from a company and the payment was processed via Paypal.  I apparently did not log into Paypal and just did it as a guest; because the transaction doesn't show on my account.  The company is a scam, they take your money, send you the wrong much cheaper product and then never reply when you try to get it resolved.  After I was scammed, I found others with the same complaint. I can't file a complaint with Paypal since the transaction doesn't show up.  I would like to be able to report the company as I would think Paypal would not like their service being used to steal from people; however they certainly do not make it easy to report companies.

I tried going to the acceptable use policy and clicking on report, it just takes me back to the page to dispute a transaction.  Is there anyway to report a company without having a specific transaction?  I honestly thought the company was legitimate because they used Paypal to process payments.  Now I'm not sure I can trust the service anymore.

If paypal get enough disputes filed against a company then they will take action.

As to your transaction............

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
