How to send the PayPal helpdesk a message? (no phone call)

I need to get in touch with the PayPal helpdesk, but I want to send a message, I cannot call by phone (auditory disability).

Is there a normal email adress where I can send to? Or is there a contact form where I can submit a message with my question?

My question is about logging in (account access) but whenever I try the "contact us" section, it always leads me to a page telling my I have to call them. Which I can't.

So what's the best way to get in touch with PayPal?
