Just be careful of scams, if in doubt the golden rule is if funds are not showing in your paypal balance then you have not been paid regardless of what fake spoof paypal emails may say.
Secondly read up on buyer and seller protection as its not a 100% coverall and then you can risk assess your transactions.
Lastly never pay using the friends/family option for purchases what a 'seller' tells you as you will have 0 buyer protection.
