I can't see how to print shipping label for some recent transactions?

Hi folks...

Hopefully someone with a little time on their hands can help me with this issue?

I am having a hard time printing a shipping label for some of my recent transactions. When I go to my activity page, most of the transactions are marked "Archive", to the far right under the Actions header...only a couple of them are marked "print shipping label"...I see no way to print a label for the transactions that are not marked "print shipping label". What is the problem here?

Hi @timereleased Here's a possible option that can address your concern. Hope this helps.

Click Activity at the top of the page.
Find the PayPal payment for which you created a label. You can use the Search feature at the top of the page to help you.
Click the Details link in the Details column of the payment.
Click the Reprint Label link.
Click Print Label.
Here's how to reprint a label from your email account:
Go to the email account that you registered on your PayPal account.
Find the email from PayPal about your shipping label.
Open the email and follow the steps to reprint your label.

Note: You can't use the same label to ship more than one package.

Hi..thanks much for the reply! I should have phrased my question differently. I have not yet created a printing label, or printed one. For most of the recent transactions on my activity page, I see no where to even "create a label"? As I said some of my recent transactions say "print shipping label" to the far right, and those have worked and I have printed a label....but most of the recent transactions only offer the option of "archive"...So how do I both create and then print a shipping label for these transactions?
