Is there a way to calculate the fees I will be charged if I am paid for services I provide (design work) via Paypal, from Australia, to be withdrawn to my New Zealand bank account? I need to add a fixed amount on to the invoice for the employer to cover these fees so it doesn't come off my earnings. I need to add this to the invoice before they pay me via PayPal. For example, if I am invoicing for, and paid $350 New Zealand Dollars, what would the fee be? I need to invoice $350 NZD + ‘PayPal fee’
2. If I am paid through this personal account, will there be fees?
Thank you!

1. Use this calculator: https://www.salecalc.com/paypal
Note: Beware of currency conversion fees. I highly recommend charging/invoicing your customers in your local currency (NZD) and let the buyer deal with conversion fees by choosing who does the conversion for them at checkout for a better rate (PayPal or their credit card). That way you receive exactly what you charge in the end after PayPal takes their fee without the experiencing the frustration of dealing with the fluctuating currency exchange rate and conversion fees upon receiving and withdrawing as well.
Here is fee chart.
2. Yes.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Thank you so much.
How do you set it so the buyer deals with conversion fees by choosing who does the conversion for them at checkout for a better rate (PayPal or their credit card)?

If I just invoice them the total in my own currency (NZD), will the system prompt them to handle and cover the conversion rate amounts? Or do I need to set something up. Thanks SO much for your help.
