Is this a phishing e-mail? I am meant to receive this refund and I got this e-mail asking me to enter my password, but, when I sign into Paypal separately I can't see it? It's kind of dodgy as hell - I should be able to sign into Paypal and see a request to transfer money TO me, shouldn't I?

Is this ACTUALLY an official Paypal e-mail? This is kind of f***ed up - I've always been told that banks etc. will never send an e-mail with a link to click on and that I'm supposed to sign into internet banking if there is anything that needs sorting out. Surely Paypal has the same level of security?
