Is this a phishing email

Hi everyone can you help me check if this is a scam? I was selling an item on eBay and the user offered to pay directly through Paypal. I sent her a request on Paypal for the agreed amount and on Paypal, the transaction is still shown as "pending". I received an email saying I have got a payment but it was sent from a weird email address (not from a paypal.com email). Please help me check if this is a scam and I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

You would need to come back in a few days when the screen shot has been approved by the moderators and show up so we can see it.

However its better to just give us a gist of content as yes sounds like a typical paypal scam.
