Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me. PlayStation Support are asking me for an order number for a particular transaction. I no longer have access to the email account to find the order number but I do have the PayPal receipt which gives me an invoice number and a transaction number. I’ve looked at other invoice numbers created after buying something from PlayStation and they look very similar to PlayStation order numbers with only a couple of digits differing. I know it’s a long shot but is there any way of finding an order number via the PayPal receipt? Hope this makes sense and many thanks for any information received.
