Merchant Countries that Paypal Supports

Hi there! I am from India and Paypal just recently started to allow Indian Merchants to accept payments from buyers worldwide. I would like to know the list of countries from which Paypal allows merchants to be registered and accept payments. I am currently evaluating payment gateway integrations with multiple payment gateways such as Stripe, PayU etc,; the payment gateway that allows merchants from the most diverse set of countries would be preferable. Thank you!

Thanks for the response @sharpiemarker! I did see that page, but was not sure if those were the countries from which buyers can pay, or merchants can receive payments.
