On Friday 4th May I received an email from eBay/Nectar saying that I'd hit and indeed gone over the 3'000 Nectar Point mark and could exchanged them for a voucher to use on eBay. That amount for 3'000 points was £15.00. I followed the onscreen steps in eBay's Nectar section and sure enough my Nectar points total was over the 3'000 mark. It was something like 3'280 points. Anyhow, I followed the onscreen instructions and declared that I'd like to trade in 3'000 points for an eBay voucher.
I'll just say this was the first time I'd used my accumulated Nectar points.
I confirmed my request and then got a red message saying something went wrong at their end but not to worry, I would not be deducted the 3000 nectar points. Anyhow, the screen reset itself and my Nectar total immediately showed I'd be deducted my 3000 points. I haven't received any voucher codes or emails about it. It doesn't show up in my nectar history or when I make a payment on ebay. There is nothing within the Paypal account screen and each area where I'd be shown my voucher and/or amount simply says no voucher present.
Please help. I've saved up for a long time, nectar points wise, and never used them so that I COULD use them for a decent purchase.
