Nano Tech, Inc. Scam

Hello:

I also just received an email this morning at 5:07am from this "company" Nano Tech, Inc that said they had billed my PayPal account $698.99 but when I looked at my PayPal account there was/is no activity that any transaction actually went through. Also, I checked my checking account bank statement and my Discover Credit Card account online (they are both hooked up to PayPal) and there is no mention of any debit or transaction activity at all from Nano Tech, Inc.

Can't I simply just report the email as "Phishing" and leave it at that?  Sometimes emails like this come into my inbox and never amount to anything. Canceling or changing accounts can be a hassle obviously. Any suggestions or advice would be helpful.

Yep i have received the same email also. And thier was no activity in any of my accounts so far. They say i have ten fays to dispute the transaction. By calling the number they provided in the email. But if i did that they would probabally want me too down load something so they could lock all of my accounts and then say pay a certian ammount to them to get my stuff back. Its a scam. I dont recommend anyone that gets this email too do anything but ignore it do not contact these people. They cant do anything unless you down load what they ask you too. All yhey can do is harass you. Until you simply report them to the proper authorities. And let them handle it.

I also had a recent encounter with Nano Tech Inc Limited to my PayPal account.  An email from PayPal  regarding a charge for $698.99 for an order from Nano Tech Inc Limited.  I called the telephone # <Removed> for assistance, but when some guy answered the phone and I told him about a charge to my PayPal account, he suddenly hung up the phone!!!!  I changed my password to my account and notified and reported it to spoof@paypal.com   I checked my account transactions, but I didn't see a charge for that amount mentioned.   Be careful, evidently there is definitely fraud going on here!
