I am planning to purchase an item on this Canadian classified website: tedpublications DOT com. The seller asked me to transfer the money by PayPal via his personal email address. In other words, the transaction will not be taken place within this Canadian classified website. Do I get protection from PayPal if the item would not arrive or arrived significantly different? Thanks for any help.
