Does anybody else thinks PayPal sucks? I sure do don't expect help, be prepared to be **bleep**. Pay pal represents the sellers not the people that they say they represent. Don't expect to have a reasonable revue of your dispute, they represent the sellers not us....
That has not been my experience and I have been using PayPal for a long time always as buyer, if they didn't resolve an issue in your favor maybe you didn't provide enough information or seller provided proof that you did not. Before filing a complaint you should have all documentation in hand as well as photos (if relevant).
They do take their time though, but that's to be expected given the amount of transactions they handle.
