PayPal and Avast Security Threat

So I received this message from Avast internet security today. Has anyone else ever had a security threat on their antivirus from paypal? See pic.

I also received a Phishing alert from Avast then it killed the attempted connection to paypal. I had to change my payment method to complete my transaction. If this continues it will severely handicap my ability to make online purchases. I hope someone evaluates this issues.

How does one report security threats to paypal? Is there an email to send virus threats to?

I'm having an issue making a payment using Paypal But Avast won't let me, Security Threat. I see others have been having the same problems. Has anyone been able to find a solution?
