Possible phishing email regarding Kaspersky order

Today I received an email, supposedly from Paypal with an invoice for $249. for Kaspersky software for 3 computers.

I don't have Kaspersky on my computer & when I checked my paypal account there is no such charge there.

There is a phone number to question the billing & this in addition to the address it came from,is what leads me to believe this is a phishing item.

Anyone have or know of similar experience.

I appreciate it very much that you have brought this to our attention.

If the email that you have received is suspicious or you have been directed to a fake website, I suggest that you kindly forward the said email to spoof@paypal.com and we'll investigate it for you.  After you send us the email, kindly delete it from your inbox.  In the event that you have accidentally clicked on any links or downloaded any attachments found within that suspicious email or website, I ask that you kindly login to your PayPal account and view your transactions.  I advise as well that it is also a good idea for you to change your password.
