Projection when buying on E bay UK

Hello,

Can someone advise me if I purchase an item on Ebay and pay via Paypal and the item is not delivered, will Paypal refund the monies? 

I only say this as the seller only has a rating of 6.

That's a great question! PayPal does offer Purchase Protection if you do not receive your item or if the item you received does not match the original product description.
