1. Is it true that some transactions may take days to complete?
2. Is sending from bank account into someone's paypal will automatically be chosen as friends and family?
3. What can i do with transactions ID? can i track it if it's not in my account yet? if so, how do i do that?

Depends what you mean ie receiving payment? seller sending goods? receiving items? withdrawing funds?

2.

NO, you can send payments funding from your bank account but they may go as an echeque and take a while to clear if you don't have a back up card linked and confirmed on your paypal account as well.

3.

AS soon as you pay you would have the transaction in your account and the id would be on the details page of the transaction when you click on it.

But if you mean a tracking number then you would need to ask your seller for it OR the seller may have added it to the details page of that transaction.
