Scam - Digital Ocean Inc

I received an email today saying I charged $200 with Digital Ocean thru paypal.

Has anyone else seen this?  I am positive it's scam, because I don't know the company nor have I used pay pal for that amount.  The "from email" shows as <removed>

I just got an email like this, except on an email address that I have never made a paypal account with, Im very confused with what I can do about it other than check with my credit card provider and report any discrepancies on that end.

I got an email fro Digital Ocean too and forwarded it to spoof@paypal.com. One more phishing mail from PayPal...I may as well close PayPal account. It happens too often somehow with PayPal.

I just received the same email, however it came to my old email account, which I used for my old paypal account. My first thought was it was fake because of the incorrect paypal email address. About 2 months ago I reveived a notification from ebay prompting me to change my password because of suspected breech of my account. I think that ebay is the source of the scam - well in my case. Maybe everyone who uses ebay can change their passwords?

Who is Digital Ocean? Are they legit or are thy scam artists?

they sent me one too for 2 charges of 25.00 each . does anyone know if they actually charge to the account since I have a paypal charge

I too received an email saying that I sent $50 to digital ocean.com which I did not!!!! Please advise as to what should be done. Thank you.

I just received the same email this morning.  I checked my paypal account and thank goodness the money was not removed.  These scammers are so tricky.

I just received this very same thing from Digital Ocean ....sent the entire email to Paypal spoofing.
